Long before I was approached to photograph the experience of a Pechey Distilling Co gin tasting, I was eagerly making the trip for the experience myself. John’s stories, the history of the homestead, the Pechey region, and, of course, the artistically crafted spirits are hallmarks of a brand steeped in family, creativity, and tradition.
